What does it look like to leave it all on the field? This week, at Knowledge, it looked like countless customer, partner, analyst and media interactions, hundreds of pictures under the shining star at our partner award celebration, 7 different on-stage events, personal appearances at 23 partner parties, and 6 different pairs of shoes including my worn-in flip flops which were the only pair my feet would tolerate after walking more steps across the Vegas casino floor than I could even count. ServiceNow Knowledge 25 was an incredible event filled with market-leading announcements, inspiring speeches, amazing performances, and enough energy to get even the most tired mom-of-two out to our end of celebration concert for one last hoorah. But maybe the most memorable aspect of the week for me was not what was happening on the main stage, but what was occurring behind the scenes. Watching our executives show up with enthusiasm to celebrate our world-class ecosystem, seeing every member of my leadership team get a chance to shine in their own unique way, looking out a sea of customers truly invested in learning how partners could accelerate their AI journey, and witnessing a vision – three years in the making – come to life of what it means to truly embrace partners in every aspect of ServiceNow’s strategy. Leaving it all on the field is easy when you have teammates playing alongside you every step of the way. As I head back from Vegas and into a very special Mother’s Day weekend, I am so grateful for a week where true partnership was on display at every turn. The world works with ServiceNow. And ServiceNow works best when partnership is front-and-center for the world to see.
