In CADS@Teva, we decided that testing is where AI must prove itself in real life: ✅ huge regression suites ✅ complex end to end flows ✅ pressure to release faster without losing quality So we started building AI as a 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 in our Quality Engineering group, not just a cool pilot. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐩𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞? • Upskilled more than 50 testers, with over 25 going through intensive hands on practice • Focus on Generative AI, AI in test automation and practical prompt engineering • Used tools like GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot and our existing stack (Selenium, API, mobile, etc.) on real testing scenarios • Combined 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐈 (design, data, automation) and 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐈 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (reliability, bias, performance) in one structured journey 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠? • Test case design starts from strong AI generated drafts, refined by domain experts • Automation engineers spend less time on code and more time on risk based thinking • Testers are becoming 𝐀𝐈 𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬, ready to support upcoming AI initiatives 🙏 Huge appreciation to Sagi Mendler for leading our CADS Quality Engineering group with such clarity and energy, and to our long standing partner Infosys for being a true co creator in this transformation.
