We are excited to have been part of the third edition of the ASHRAE's 'Developing Economies Conference' this evening in Mumbai. Tabreed India’s participation, as part of the TechEmerge Cooling Innovation Lab (TE-CIL) which is being implemented in partnership with the IFC - International Finance Corporation (IFC) and The World Bank, focused on three key areas: 🔵 Introduction to IFC and TechEmerge by Wendy Werner, CFA, Country Manager - IFC, India 🔵 A panel discussion on “The Future of Sustainable Cooling – how IFC’s TechEmerge/ICE can help companies lower energy use and de-risk climate-smart innovation” moderated by IFC 🔵 A panel discussion on “Where’s the money? Financing the Transition to Sustainable Cooling" to be moderated by Mayur Nikam, VP, Business Development, Tabreed-UAE The discussion also included signing an MoU between IFC/Tabreed and Indian Institute of Technology Jammu to set up physical labs as a part of testing some of the innovative cooling technologies shortlisted under the Tech-Emerge program.
