Hi I'm Christina Del Nano, a Software Engineer based in New York City. I work on developing automated testing to ensure robust capabilities of the features inside IBM Z machines. I love being constantly challenged to learn new tools and approaches, pushing me to grow as both an engineer and a problem-solver.
I joined IBM in 2021 after earning my Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Ohio State. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Computer Science through Georgia Tech with a Machine Learning specialization, and I plan to graduate in May 2026.
One of my favorite things about working at IBM is the culture of continuous learning. We're encouraged to explore new technologies, take on challenges outside our comfort zones, and keep growing both technically and professionally. I've also had the chance to present at conferences, including one in Germany last year, which was an amazing opportunity to share my work, learn from others, and connect with experts across the industry.
Outside of work, I love to be active whether it's skiing, hiking, or running. Last year I ran the New York City marathon! Crossing that finish line was one of the most rewarding moments of my life, proving to myself that I could achieve something I once thought was out of reach.
