What is your Carbon Score? Let's make the invisible actionable. At the Greenbuild Conference 2019

We very much look forward to meeting you at the Greenbuild Conference 2019. Join us for the session "What is your Carbon Score?" and learn how to "make the invisible actionable"!

When: Tuesday 19th March, 11:00 - 12:00 Uhr

Presenters: Gautami palanki / Pamela Villanueva / Maria Sandell

Description: 70 kg/m2 CO2 emissions: What does that mean? Is it good, bad or average? How does it compare to others around the world? Where does environmental and financial performance intersect? How do I engage building occupants in lowering emissions? Emissions anywhere impact people everywhere. To help answer the questions above and share impactful strategies for climate action, this session brings together Europe based sustainability experts that track, manage and report on carbon across over 10 million square meters of office, retail and hospitality sectors.

The session will describe the organizations' philosophies, sustainability initiatives and tools used, including the score in the Arc platform, for carbon emission reduction in operational buildings and across real estate portfolios.

Two real estate organizations, Kungsleden and Union Investment will share case studies demonstrating their goals, and impact to date. Kungsleden represents 2 159 thousand sq. m of over 200 offices spaces in Sweden, with Prioritized markets in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö and Västerås. Kungsleden has the philosophy of long term relationships that enable sustainable business.

If you are curious about where to start, what can be done and how to take the next steps in your carbon reduction journey, this session is for you.
