What a year!
AWS team,
As we wrap up 2022, I’ve been reflecting on what a year it has been. This one was marked by big achievements and a ton of progress, in the face of challenges and often dizzying change. And also, of course, by all the uncertainty in the world and the worry that can bring. But to me, what stands out the most is this team’s continued ability to adapt and relentlessly deliver—undeterred and undistracted—for our customers and partners.
I feel so lucky to work with all of you bringing innovation to life. From opening four new AWS Infrastructure Regions, to releasing breakthrough new services, to announcing hundreds of new customers, to hosting 50,000+ people in person and more than 300,000 registered virtually at re:Invent—all really amazing accomplishments. We also provided critical support to Ukraine during the ongoing conflict, committing more than $75 million in aid and also heroic efforts by so many of our employees. And, we made significant progress toward our sustainability goals—for Amazon to be 100% renewable energy by 2025 (we’re already over 85% of the way there), and *(NEW)* for AWS to be Water Positive by 2030. Finally, we have helped more than 13 million people gain access to cloud computing skills through our free workforce programs, putting us well on pace toward our goal of 29 million people by 2025. I hope you are all really proud of yourselves and your teammates! I know I am.
For sure there are headwinds ahead in the world. Let’s all continue to support each other and bring our best every day. I’m really looking toward to 2023; I come to the office every morning excited about the innovation we spark, the transformation we drive, and the impact we have. So happy to be on this journey with you.
I hope you take some time over the holidays to relax and recharge, whether that means spending time with family and friends or taking care of yourself. Thank you for a tremendous 2022. I look forward to the year ahead with you all.
Onward,
Adam

10moWeIl, I am having daily terrible experience with Customer service of Amazon. We are on the one hand very satisfied with our product sales through all European Amazon platforms. Amazon is the best selling platform no doubt about that. On the other hand, Amazon has the worst customer service, where after opening CASE you get incompetent answers and instructions, which often cannot even be technically carried out. The staff answering a normal open CASE often don't even read or understand the point and answer illogically, so you ask the same thing 3 times and the frustrated asking them to pass the CASE to a supervisor, where the service is about 50% better, but still not good. It seems like the servis is paid for quantity of answers ,thats why they dont read the topic and just keep sending NONSENS responds. This side of Amazon needs absolute improvement and I believe most sellers will agree. There's nothing to celebrate here at customer service area. are one one hand excited
