The elder students teach junior students as a part of daily ritual where class 8 will teach class 7 and class 7 to teach class 6 and so on. Kids who are 6 years old are able to articulate so well like adults They are able to pick up positive styles for public speaking and discussion of your idea . Kids display leadership skills at an early ages as they take up responsibilities to teach the poor kids around their areas after school programs on camera monitoring Kids help servants, drivers ,watchman, milkman,courierman, news paperman,Ironman,shopkeeper,vegetable vendors kids as social Entrepreunership plans. We have role reversal where kids will teach in class rooms and show better mentors of teaching methodology.We teach kids how to cook food in our kitchens as role reversal.They learn how to manage front office as role reversal.We learn a lot from kids who teach us better methods of teaching when we analyse the kids performance on job rolesWe are able to predict the kids inner interest in life skills building for future careers We teach only what the kids want to learn at that particular time and place.We are able to teach many times more through curiosity methodology of teaching through experiential knowledge and cross questioning fundamental principles of scientific laws etcWe make kids create their own poems which helps us to understand their inner emotions and feeling We have movie making team in each class room who job is to convert some real life daily incident into a movie for others to learn from the movie We have kids who mange the school programs where international display of skills learnt in school.We has study of ledgends and study of their life to learn from their mistakes as daily rituals where kids will read and after one passage we will ask as many questions to make sure the passage is understand properly world by word .We ask kids to make sentences for new words that we learn orally increasing their vocabulary and ability to create a new sentence and have some fun when things may go wrong and learn to laugh at others expense We explain to kids that many time people will laugh at you when you place some ideas like wright brothers to fly in the air.
