How AI, enabled by SAP Leonardo capabilities, can simplify the support experience and build a right environment for innovation? 

Three weeks ago, I’ve written a short article to share with my network the great opportunity of interacting with our reference customer Stara S/A during SAPPHIRE NOW 2018 and learn how they are leveraging the SAP Enterprise Support portfolio to become an Intelligent Enterprise. Now, I am writing another memo for the ones who were not able to be in Orlando, so you can also check what was shared by Stara's team during the event.

Stara, a producer of cutting-edge farming equipment based in Brazil, aims to transform its business by embracing the latest digital technologies. To achieve its goal Stara relies on SAP Enterprise Support services for multiple SAP solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors solutions and SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer.
