MY JOURNEY AT INFOSYS

I started my journey with Infosys as a trainee. I had heard that training at Infosys is the best and it actually was a world-class training. The trainers were well equipped with knowledge and skills to train and despite the number of trainees, each of us used to get personal attention. That was the time when I realized that Infosys claims what it actually does!

When I was mapped to a project after the training, I was quite nervous and hesitant. But to my surprise, my seniors were very helpful and supportive. They not only answered my doubts but also motivated me to do something out of the box. That’s where I understood my potential to do more than what I am expected to deliver. The training, study-material, assessments and certifications provided by Infosys have helped me expand my horizon beyond my current skill level. The environment in Infosys has always encouraged me to look for ideas and express them openly, because there’s always someone to help you implement them.

Apart from my project work, I started participating in hackathon, where I got to know the skills possessed by different employees all across the company. I got the confidence to showcase my use cases which were appreciated by Infosys leadership.

And that’s not it! Infosys is a very happening organization! I started taking part in activities and events, which acted as a stress buster and helped me become more social. I am not exaggerating when I say that Infosys helped me find the hidden artist in me and I am now honing that talent to become better at it. “All work and No Play” policy does not hold true in our organization.

Infosys has been ranked at number 3 on Forbes’ 2019 list of The World’s Best Regarded Companies. I wouldn’t be surprised even if it was ranked at number 1, because Infosys holds values, wisdom, and intelligence to excel into much more than what it is now. I am proud to say that I am a part of Infosys but, actually, Infosys is a part of me.
