Today, as a professional, I am happy and proud of:

• Sharing with my colleagues

I believe all this has been possible because of Infosys.

Infosys as a brand has an amazing culture, provides great exposure and vast opportunities, and has people who are down to earth, humble and approachable. Above all, the employee care by company is just unmatched!

This is the best that I can summarize about “my Infosys”.

Yes, I was born and brought up at Infosys!

I was fresh out of college and I was like any other young graduate. My mind was free, I was full of enthusiasm, eager to learn, and afraid of making mistakes.

Time flies… I still can’t forget my first day at Infosys Bhubaneswar Development Center on 4 October, 1999. It was an awesome experience with mixed emotions, excitement being on top of the list.

During all these years that I have spent at Infosys, I have seen myself grow both personally and professionally. Therefore, being an Infoscion means the world to me. This has been a home away from home.

While I can write a book on my Infosys journey, it is not difficult to list down the highlights that have made this journey worthwhile.

When I look back, the first thing I can recall, is the EnR (training) period. I had never thought I will have to study so much again, even after completing college! But it was real fun and a great learning experience. As the years passed, there was a plethora of opportunities to learn and enhance my skills. Great initiatives that Infosys has been constantly driving, have made a huge impact on the way I think or approach any problem or situation.

I took ample opportunities to learn technology, increase domain knowledge, and to stay abreast with the market trends. And these opportunities did not stop at work. I also hosted programs, participated in cultural and sports events, and nurtured my hobbies and passion. In all these years, I have learnt to work hard and party even harder!

I met some of my best friends and found great mentors and colleagues at Infosys. There have been ups and downs in my journey, but I have dealt with all of those with the help of this wonderful support system.

That is why I consider Infosys being ranked at number 3 on Forbes’ 2019 list of The World's Best Regarded Companies as a milestone to my own happiness. This is a gift for me!

All that I have experienced in my career here has been encapsulated in this prestigious ranking. We will undoubtedly become number one soon!

As I complete 20 years with Infosys, there is only one thing that I feel – extreme pride. Proud I was, when I joined this organization on 4 October, 1999. Proud I am, for carrying the same image and feeling in my heart for all these years. Proud I will always be!

Infosys is my company and I love it!
