360-degree view of working at Infosys

I have been with Infosys for past 4 years now. I still remember stepping into the lush green Infosys Pune campus for an interview and I immediately said to myself “This is it and I am going to crack this interview!”. Since then it has been an incredible journey full of learning, teamwork and passion.

An organization’s culture contains reservoirs of emotional energy and influence. I can proudly say that work culture at Infosys is amazing. Infosys gives me a platform to work with a lot of freedom. My team and managers motivate me to give my best each day. The best part is that I have never asked for any particular kind of work. Perfect work that was in sync with my skills just came in naturally. Infosys also provided me the flexibility to change my work location when I needed it. Dynamics of my team give me a lot of flexibility and recognition. To top all this, my co-workers make being at the job fun. Working for a business unit like Infosys Cloud Infrastructure Services has opened up new challenges and opportunities for me that I had never faced before.

I have heard a very popular saying that if employees are happy, clients are happy. Infosys has a well-rounded ecosystem that revolves around employee care. Be it health and wellness, hobby groups, learning platforms etc. Shortly after I joined, I realized that Infosys truly cares for its employees. I first experienced it by the way our managers truly care for us. When a team member stays back late in office, they are the ones who are constantly worried until we reach home safely. The same level of commitment is seen in all our support teams be it transport, housekeeping or food and catering.

It is truly an honor to be associated with Infosys. I wasn’t surprised when I got to know that Infosys has been ranked at number 3 in the Forbes 2019 list of The World’s Best Regarded Companies. It’s a proud moment. This honor is a true testimony of commitment, passion, and vibrancy that Infosys represents. I am sure that Infosys will win many more such recognitions in the future.
