The Zap is triggered by a webhook telling the Zap that a new text message has been received in the team's CRM. 2. The original text response sent from the customer is added to a Zapier table along with the customer's name. 3. A prompt is sent to ChatGPT to generate a custom response to be sent back to the customer using the saved data in the table. 4. The initial message and response are sent as a channel message in Slack, so the sales team can see the system directly texting leads and booking appointments. 5. A webhook sends the ChatGPT response back to the teams' CRM to reply to the customer 6. The responses are also saved in the table for ChatGPT to remember its previous replies.
