De Groot did an outstanding job organizing and leading the entire day! Well done, Thor! ๐ We also bid farewell to our two interns, Thijs and Jules, as well as to our manager, Fleur Lammers. Your contributions have been invaluable, and we will miss you all. Thank you for everything, and we hope to see you soon! ๐ Why do we think it's so important to share our company updates and our long-term strategy with our team in our quarterly meetings? When your team understands the company's direction, they feel more connected and aligned with its goals. This builds trust and respect, making them feel valued. An informed team is more engaged and motivated. Knowing their role in the bigger picture boosts morale and ownership of their work. It also encourages innovation, as the team can align its ideas with the companyโs plans. Keeping everyone updated enhances adaptability and responsiveness to changes. It also promotes collaboration, ensuring all efforts are aligned toward common objectives. Naming an employee of the month also contributes to collaboration and motivation. Last Friday we saw a lot of collaborative ideas already. That's great! Thanks to the whole team for your dedication and creativity!

With great pleasure, we hosted an event for the first time at our office for Marius Peek and the team from TDEN - The Data Expert Network! They assist both SMEs and large companies with business challenges related to data, and the expertise they bring is unparalleled. The power of collaboration and experience is key in complex issues. We were able to follow part of it, but not everything ๐ We helped them with the complete branding around the event. Not only that, but we started with a marketing plan and then implemented it through email campaigns, LinkedIn content creation such as videos, carousels, and social posts, and of course LinkedIn campaigns to invite people one-on-one. Next, we provided the location with all facilities, snacks, and drinks, and naturally, we made professional photos and videos. An indispensable part of a good marketing plan for events is after-marketing and sales. This reel is a great example of that. We thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you, Marius Peek and team! Last Friday was a special day! It was the last day of our manager and colleague from the very beginning, Fleur Lammers โค๏ธ๐ฅฒ Fleur has experienced so much with us and has contributed immensely. Truly too much to mention! Let's highlight some of the key moments :) Fleur started in 2020, right in the middle of the first Corona wave. She joined us after her internship, and we were her first real job. At that time, we were only four colleagues, so we were honored that she wanted to join our adventure! Within six months, she became a team lead! Together with her bestie Valerie Prins, they were an amazing team lead duo! A few months later, she became the Manager of the entire team and remained so until last week. The team fluctuated between 10 and 15 colleagues, which was no small feat! Fleur was also highly regarded by her clients and, besides saying goodbye to the team, she took a very personal farewell from her clients with a heavy heart. She organized the handover exceptionally well. Compliments to her! In 2021, Fleur single-handedly ensured that we found our beautiful office, where we are still located today! Additionally, Fleur was always a member of the board and did an enormous amount of work, such as organizing internal knowledge events, setting up growth paths for the team, organizing team outings, arranging gifts for colleagues, co-responsible for HR, and too many other things to mention! Above all, she was also truly the right hand of our founders Maarten and Michiel Verstraten. Truly indispensable.
