Hi Yahoo, my dad has been locked out of his account because his verification email is his old work email and the phone number is his old phone number. Frankly speaking he’s got all his information and data on his account and needs access to it. He still remembers his password and email but can’t get access to it. It’s really chocking to see how hard it is to get into his account that for 9 years didn’t ask for any verification.
