Is the marketplace possible in charity? Yes, exactly! Charitable foundations face an important task: raising funds to help their wards. It's not always easy, but that's exactly what our mission is. We know that the foundations have not only dedicated volunteers, but also interesting trustees and friends who are ready to support their initiatives. One of the ways to do this is to participate in our auction. How does it work? 1. Charitable foundations connect to our platform and invite their trustees to act as a hero 2. When it comes to choosing a charity (or three) to support, remember this golden rule 🌟: Unless an organization is a registered 501c3 non-profit, it’s not a real charity — and you have no way of knowing where your money is actually going. Not only does verifying an organization’s legitimacy ensure your hard earned $$ will be put to good use, it also means you'll be eligible for a tax deduction. Legitimate charities will gladly share their tax ID, along with clear insights into fund allocation (including information about how much of the money goes to programming rather than administrative expenses).
