The United States is experiencing record economic growth and low unemployment from the COVID-19 pandemic. Because of the Biden-Harris Administration’s economic policies such as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, the CHIPS and Science Act, and the Inflation Reduction Act, our economy is booming. Small businesses have seen tremendous growth, and GDP has expanded at a far greater pace than what forecasters predicted. Today, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Economic Policy released a report showing how the United States has done remarkably well in recovery since 2020. I just have one question, why did OFAC in May of 2022 grant GLs 9a and 23 to Tokaev/Nazarbaev's government of Kazakhstan thus allowing it to bail out russian Sberbank and Alfa bank that were under the US and EU sanctions? In Europe Alfa bank's subsidiaries tanked because EU did NOT lend a "helping hand" to financial institutions that ensured (and still do) the rise of putler to power.
