🚀 This week marks the first Social Innovation Training for mentors and teachers within the #UPSHIFT programme! Over the past three days, participants explored all phases of the design thinking process – from empathy and problem definition to idea generation and prototyping. 📝 On the final day, they are developing action plans that will help teachers and mentors apply this methodology in schools and in their work with young people. 👩🎓👨🎓 A special focus is placed on establishing UPSHIFT Clubs – spaces where young people can creatively tackle challenges in their communities.
