UNICEF Greece’s Post

More than 150 teachers, students, and members of the academic community participated in the workshop "Learning Together," organized by the Child Rights Centre of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) in collaboration with UNICEF. The workshop focused on experiential teaching of children's rights in primary education and was held as part of the activities of the Child Rights Centres, a UNICEF initiative in collaboration with Greek universities. In a video greeting, the UNICEF Representative in Greece, Dr. Ghassan Khalil, emphasized the importance of empowering children through education about their rights. The initiative was implemented as part of the "Τogether to end violence against children" programme, with the support of Lidl Hellas. Many thanks to the Rector's Office of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the staff and coordinators of the Center, Professors Ms. Androussou and Ms. Iakovou, as well as everyone who contributed to the success of the initiative. #ChildRights #ForEveryChild
