UNICEF Really a great message. Mental disorders are intensified in emergency situations like in conflicts or disasters. The affected must be taken care of patiently with proper medicine and counselling. However, some believe that conflicts are the core cause of mental disorders. Lunatics are creating chaos. Who can treat them?? Anyways UNICEF is doing a well-done job. Keep it up. Keep motivating and keep inspiring.
