Every child has the right to breathe clean air. Yet millions are exposed daily to dangerous pollution at home, at school and on the streets. Solutions exist and a breath of fresh air is possible. Policies can help make clean choices possible so everyone can breathe easier. #COP30

Lebanon is the number one in cancer cases. What is your next step toward this country where almost 700,000 kids live?
I was saddened to hear the UK’s Labour Party dropped the Clean Air Bill (Ella’s law, clean air as a Human Right) after it had passed its first reading. Especially as no party has tried to bring it back, nor was there any public outrage or backlash. Although imperfect the bill could of mitigated lots of the harms caused by pollution.
Let the schools take the initiative..all school premises should be made pollution free . The child will carry the message home . UNESCO has a role to play here by asking all member nations to make their educational institutions pollution -free.
Healthy air, help to save the live
It's disheartening to see how many children are affected by air pollution. Focusing on policies that enable cleaner choices seems like a crucial step towards a healthier future for them.

2dUNICEF continues to keep the focus where it matters most. Collective responsibility. Clean air is a human right, and progress depends on coordination between policy, innovation, and community behavior. The path is clearer when we move together.
