Every child has the right to breathe clean air. Yet millions are exposed daily to dangerous pollution at home, at school and on the streets. Solutions exist and a breath of fresh air is possible. Policies can help make clean choices possible so everyone can breathe easier. #COP30

UNICEF continues to keep the focus where it matters most. Collective responsibility. Clean air is a human right, and progress depends on coordination between policy, innovation, and community behavior. The path is clearer when we move together.

Truly said. Imagine the daily life of a child living in an impoverished settlement, surrounded by polluted sewage water, piles of accumulated waste, and without access to clean and hygienic toilets. In such areas, efforts must be strengthened tenfold to ensure environmental health is achieved across all communities. Thank you, UNICEF, for raising awareness about this vital issue.

Let the schools take the initiative..all school premises should be made pollution free . The child will carry the message home . UNESCO has a role to play here by asking all member nations to make their educational institutions pollution -free.

It's disheartening to see how many children are affected by air pollution. Focusing on policies that enable cleaner choices seems like a crucial step towards a healthier future for them.
