“Together we belong, together we feel, together we find balance.” ✨ We’re thrilled to announce that TOMORROW X TOGETHER and BIGHIT MUSIC are joining forces with UNICEF to build a more compassionate, resilient world. Through this partnership, they’ll champion empathy, kindness, and emotional well-being for every child—sparking open conversations about mental health, providing tools to build resilience, and reminding young people they are never alone. 💙 #TogetherForTomorrow #OnMyMind 유니세프한국위원회 Maria Margarita Uy Baula Juan Ignacio Calvo Ann Putnam Marks Mera Boulus Grozier Big Hit Entertainment UNICEF USA
UNICEF's Global Coalition for Youth Mental Health asked young people how they are coping in the face of unrelenting global crises. Here's what they told us: they felt overwhelmed and left without adequate mental health support or services. Funding for mental health is also a challenge. Globally only 2.1 per cent of government health expenditure is allocated to mental health. We pay a high economic price for this neglect – around US$387 billion worth of lost human potential that could go towards national economies each year. The cost in terms of how it affects real lives, however, is incalculable. So, today, when I had the pleasure to launch our new partnership at UNICEF House with the K-pop band TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) and BigHit Music, I couldn't have been happier. The partnership will encourage open conversations on mental health and provide young people with the tools and tips they need to foster resilience and emotional well-being. Most importantly, it’s about standing with young people, breaking down stigma, and reminding them that they are never alone. We are grateful to TXT and BigHit Music for joining us in bringing that message to children and young people everywhere.
