Milestone Achievement for Child Justice in Botswana This morning, Botswana marked a major milestone with the official launch of the Multi-Sectoral Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a Child-Friendly Justice System — a transformative framework designed to ensure that every child who comes into contact with the law is treated with dignity, compassion, and protection. This launch moves Botswana from advocacy to institutional reform, and from commitment to sustainable systems strengthening — setting a regional example for justice that truly serves every child.
