You don’t need to know how to code to build something real anymore. AI and no-code tools have closed that gap. Zapier, Make, Notion Automations - they let you connect everything and let AI handle the logic. Once that happens, you’re not limited by your skills only by your ideas and how fast you can test them. But here’s the nuance most people miss: AI can’t replace validation. You’ll still need to spend a little to test your assumptions and get real insights from real people. The win? You can cut the noise early. Use AI for quantitative discovery, then go deeper with fewer, sharper customer conversations. That’s how modern marketers move faster, with less waste and more focus. #MarketingStrategy #AIMarketing #ProductStrategy

AI is literally redefining how we interact with the internet 🤯 Why browse, click and scroll when you can simply use your voice to state what you want and let your AI agent look for it? Until recently, these experiments were gimmicks - clunky interfaces, long latency, expensive models Now it has become faster to shop with AI - specifically converting indecisive users, into buyers 🤑 The best part - with Napster Spaces, businesses can seamlessly integrate this AI layer on top of their site, for a couple $$ an hour!

Over the past year, we’ve taken a steady, practical approach to weaving AI into our work. Not as a trend to chase, but as a way to solve real problems. In practice, that can look like: - A custom AI assistant that triages weekly support tickets, escalating only the complex ones to human agents, cutting response times in half - Automated performance summaries that translate raw campaign data into clear, executive-ready insights - An AI tool that writes first-draft email replies to common inquiries, saving hours on customer service each week The results are clear in the numbers, but the real win is the extra headspace it gives teams to focus on what only humans can do: thinking strategically, creatively, and with the long view in mind. That’s why we’re investing in AI. Not because it replaces people, but because it clears the clutter so people can do their best work. If you’ve been asking how AI fits into your business, we’d love to explore it with you. From generative search to AI agents, we focus on putting AI to work in ways that make a measurable impact based on the unique needs of your business. 2 AI companies, 2 pricing models, 1 unsolved problem. I've been studying how AI products price themselves. Augment: Credit-based. Simple, transparent, but even they say - "we'll see how this plays out." Lovable: Split approach. → Enterprise: value-based works - sit with humans, solve problems, charge accordingly → Consumer: $25/month but COGS kills them - usage keeps growing, costs balloon The real problem? Hard to verify if you delivered value or shipped bugs. Did the AI mess up? Or the customer? That's why pricing is shifting - Don't charge for building. Charge when their users show up. Because that's when value is real. Right now, everyone's experimenting. But the future is clear - Charge for outcomes, not outputs! Rohan Singhvi

I love this perspective on patience and quality judgement. 🌿 My biggest recent learning is that as AI speeds up production, our UX debt is also shifting entirely to Strategic debt like the massive cost of perfecting a solution to an unclear problem. 🌿 I think our high leverage decision must be to apply sharp judgement to define the core problem and treat the time wasted on fuzzy goals as our number one form of business waste.
Senior Product Designer | Turning complex financial systems into scalable, human-centered experiences
I came across a post by Ioana Onofrei on Instagram today that’s been sitting with me: “Not being louder, but clearer. Not becoming faster, but more patient. Not ‘more tools,’ but better judgment.” It’s an interesting lens when we think about AI and the current push for speed — more features, faster outputs, shorter cycles. The irony is that as AI accelerates production, the real differentiator becomes judgment: knowing what not to ship, when to slow down, and how to make space for clarity and trust to compound. The next advantage isn’t velocity, it’s discernment. #UXDesign #AIandDesign #DesignLeadership #ProductStrategy #FutureOfWork
