This is an analysis brief on US6370629's settlement agreement (post USDC 14-03629/WHA ruling) which was recovered from being hidden for 13 years. While there are many who argue "the criminal statute of limitations is expired", we actually argue that "tolling based on an ongoing criminal #Counterfeiting endeavour extended the start of those statue periods until this very day, even in California". What there is NO DISPUTE OVER is that the Copyright Controls and the Licensing terms which they enforce in software for all of the settlement instances are fully valid for 80 or so more years. This includes of course all 392+ derivative patents and any software derived from them. This simply means any "US Vendors who published software derived from #US6370629's specific components called #PHASE2 Technologies (you call this Location Based Services), are tied to this ruling fully". Additionally, if you bought those SW's in the #EU or through the EU or its #EEA you are bound to #EP0997808a3, a fraudulent filing of US6370629 in the EU/#UK and #EPO Members realms, then your uses of US6370629 and its derivatives is stained by the #EP0997808a3 fraud... Or so any normal person would think. #cryptoag

#katherineAdams (&Jane Horvath) did Apples trial lawyers screw up? Is it possible there is prior art in all four VirnetX Holding Corp patents? Art from such reputable sources as the #ABA #ISC PKI working group??? Ooops. My favourite is BLUNT TUNNELLING (aka US7188180), a VPN key rolling process which I designed and somehow SAIC patented. I used the analogy of "an elephants nose searching for peanuts" as the end of the BLUNT TUNNEL in disclosing it to my Bar Associations partners who died laughing, but they fully understood "the idea of hierarchical tunnels based on token exchange processes from a single seed in building a tunnel repetitively to come up with a finalized secure connection". Its even in #IETF PKI discussions on VPN architecture. As to the two DNS patents - they are derived from US6370629 as "location on-net " returned through a "DNS RECEIVER". Oh by the way yes, IMHO it's true #Apples #FACEID is mine too. Try claim 27 of US6370629. Yes Katherine, we designed this type of "image based token access control" in the late 1990s. I know, have your team sit around & ask them to "Think of how you create location maps inside SIM games"... then they will get in their minds to our vision when I designed US6370629 in 97/98. Best to you Katherine. https://lnkd.in/e3cp7TP

Hmm IMHO all of the 4 VirnetX Holding Corp patents are either obvious or there is prior art which I and others created while I was the Industry Liaison to the the American Bar Associations Information Security Committee, & a working member of the Bar Associations PKI working group. 6502132 – published 31st Dec 2002 Agile Communications Network - Obvious after US6370629 22-Mar-2002. 6839759 – Key Rolling model for session based geokeying (discussed in ABA in 1996, 1997, and PKI Working groups). Prior Art invalidates this patent from Jan 5th 2005. 7188180 – published March 6th 2007 - VPN key rolling patent, modeled after processes in 6839759, suffers same liabilities; pertains to Blunt tunneling design. 7418504 – published aug 26th 2008 - VPN based on DNSSEC operations – infringes DNSSEC uses of US6370629. Patent suffers Prior Art dependency problems of DNSSEC and its Claim Group 1, 4 and Claim Group 6 of DNSSEC framework. 7490151 – published Feb 10th 2009 - VPN based on DNS service request. Suffers the same liabilities 7418504 does. US6370629 predated DNS uses of Secure Location Information in the time-based expiry of DNS records per Claim Groups 1, &4 of US6370629. FACEID system – directly controlled by US6370629; Claim Group 6 & 4 *(Claims 27 and 19 respectively).

What happens to your #GDPR Protections if: 1) THE SERVICE PROVIDER YOU GET CLOUD SERVICES FROM, OR YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA PROVIDER CANT GET A PROPER LICENSE FOR THE USE OF THEIR SOFTWARE? i.e. What if "the VM or Service Software Provider has Co-Owners in their SW Copyright Hierarchy" as MANY do? 2) THE VENDOR YOU BUY THE CODE OR THE MOBILE COMPUTING DEVICE FROM - "DOESNT HOLD ALL OF THE COPYRIGHTS TO PROPERLY ENSURE YOU THERE ARE NO OTHER CO-COPYRIGHT CO-OWNERS"? The "NetVirtX ruling showing 500M iDevices which had NetVirtX as a Co-Owner documents that is a very serious question"... Especially in the EU. What happens under GDPR & EU articles if there is a hidden Co-Copyright Holder, and all of your uses can be DISCOVERED UNDER CO-OWNER STANDING PER THE BERNE CONVENTION? Who do you blame? What recourse do you have? If the OPERATOR OF THE SERVICE - I.E the Provider knows there is a problem, they clearly are liable, right? Any thoughts Julie Brill, Jane Horvath, Erin Egan , I know let's ask the Commissioner Margrethe Vestager! Who is responsible? The European Commission, The #Government? The Vendors? who? GDPR has one very toxic requirement, "that there be no one standing with a co-ownership claim on anything which is unassigned in software trees". #us6370629 #ep0997808a3

Let's talk #MADOFF and CREATING AN IRC165 FRAUD LOSS IN THE BILLIONS OF DOLLARS! Does creating a fraud loss of this type constitute SPENDING THE PEOPLES MONEY? Interesting question... It clearly affected GDP by 80b USD, the local and National economy. So does a FRAUD OF THIS ORDER constitute a criminal act under IRC165 or some embezzlement statute OF ILLEGALLY SPENDING THE PEOPLE'S MONEY? As to why, isnt it something under the constitution ONLY CONGRESS MAY DO? If so should MADOFF have been prosecuted for an #IRC165 THEFT FROM THE US TREASURY also? Interesting idea that... any comments? #irs? https://lnkd.in/eEVUX3S

Perhaps finally the USDC 14-CV-03629/WHA ruling as it impacts the US election system will finally get it's day in Court... Camilo Sandoval 🇺🇸 The ruling in USDC 14-cv-03629/WHA controls the copyright on all the software on every voting workstation in American States. This is very simple and will persist for as much as another 49 years in certain instances. Since payments were made in the purchase support and operations of those devices the scotus copyright ruling is flawed and cannot apply to those. USPS has the same problem sir... #RamEmmanuel how long do you think jobs last that "6mo of training will get you" as a sector? How will, or can they, compete with #AI based machine-coding? This is a very important concept. This isn't the UAW where you negotiated each step or subassembly in an auto's manufacturing process. I.e. Steps 1-49 are done by robots and 50-53 are done by humans... How will entry level software coding jobs compete with automation? Or really can they? Better yet, how will longer term computer science jobs compete with second generation coding automation tools? Which brings us to Reuters commentary. "What can #Biden do for unemployed retail workers?" Former Chicago mayor savaged for suggesting they ‘become computer coders’.

Absolute BS (moooooo). THE IETF Administration LLC who is the publisher of the INTERNET PROTOCOLS AS STANDARDS simply doesn't own the work product included in many networking protocols, and to create impossible laws which convey use of those protocols to the public as a right shows how really silly those parties are. #BernersLee I am talking about you. The idea that networking access over IP not owned by the vendors which was functionally stolen, is a serious threat to personal property. For instance in the EU, how under article 17(2) is the owner of that property to be paid? Are the goverments going to increase taxes to be able to pay off those they stole from? Emily Sharpe who pays here? The issue expands for my friends in the #edpb with GDPR "co-owner status in #IETF copyrights". Ones which have patents methods added either without permission, or an an unseen act. In both cases the Co-owner has standing to demand use records making privacy impossible to implement. #GDPR for instance cannot be implemented on the internet as we know it because of this. GDPR is just impossible if a 3rd party can demand full copyright based records including use and monetization from network providers, vendors, and the technology houses providing those components. This is pretty obvious too.

Director of Policy at World Wide Web Foundation
Today Sir Tim Berners-Lee, inventor of the World Wide Web and co-founder of the World Wide Web Foundation, urged the EU to recognize internet access a human right. Importantly, he also encouraged policymakers to be collaborative and rely on evidence in creating the next generation of tech policy: "All of this collaboration needs to be based on the foundation of evidence. I urge you to work alongside academics, civil society, and technologists to ensure tech policy is rooted in evidence and in a deep understanding of how technology works — as well as how it may evolve in the not-too-distant future." https://lnkd.in/esgrEwh

No EDPO (European Data Protection Office), it can't and here is why: https://lnkd.in/eWNeG7h... The vendors can't provide a privacy control since they don't own releases against all the IP they put inside the networking routers or switches. It's really that simple. It has to do with unlicensed IP inside those devices, hence the actual owners of the IP rights come along as a co-copyright holder in every network transaction. It's simple co-copyright law and the Berne convention.

“One might reasonably start to worry about the UK opting for too insecure an approach when the strategy refers to tackling barriers to data, which, it states, range from “legal barriers (real and perceived) through to cultural blockers and risk aversion”. The worry might magnify in light of No 10 chief adviser Dominic Cummings’ views on data. Not only did he support the vast collection of personal data for the purposes of the Vote Leave campaign; he has also described the EU’s general data protection regulation (GDPR) as “horrific” and “idiotic”. [...] The UK could develop into a data haven, in the way some countries are tax havens. A data haven would be a country involved in “data washing”, being willing to host data acquired in unlawful ways (eg without proper consent or safeguards) that is then recycled into apparently respectable products. Data washing would be something a host country would do for those engaging in “ethics dumping”, a term used to describe the malpractice of exporting unethical research activities to countries with poor regulation.” #GDPRandNonEUcompanies #EDPObrussels #EUrepresentative #dataprotection #privacy #UK #Brexit Subscribe to EDPO's newsletter here: https://lnkd.in/dwK8sde

Rishi Sunak I wanted you and #BoJo to see this. The Internet in the UK is implemented atop property carrying co-copyright publication constructs https://lnkd.in/eWNeG7h. Call Information Commissioner's Office and ask them to send you the complaint "we settled 10yrs ago over the NL.UK uses of our stolen IP" because your government has violated that agreement. You now use our stolen IP inside almost every bank in the UK, and of course all of #MoD and the others. See my post on the use of that same IP controlled in our Settlement with HMG inside Internet Network Protocols... Send BoJo my best. #ep0997808a3 #us6370629

I have seen first-hand the contribution made by ethnic minority communities to Britain’s history. That is why I backed the “We Too Built Britain” campaign and requested that The Royal Mint introduced this coin to celebrate it. This coin, and the rest of the series, will act as a fitting tribute to the very profound impact ethnic minority communities have made on Britain, and I am grateful to the Royal Mint for turning this around at record speed.
