Tech should be used to enhance jobs, not replace them. Executives who think they're saving money by replacing people with it, are in fact hurting themselves, as they're eliminating discretionary income and with it, customers and potential customers.

This is a remarkable development. Automation is inevitable, but its impact depends on how we prepare for societal transformation through education, adaptive skills, and inclusive policies. Efficiency shouldn't come at the expense of humanity; the future of work must be built on innovation and purpose.
