Managing large datasets and complex machine learning models is like fitting a huge puzzle on a small table 🧩. To solve this problem, there are two main strategies - Model parallelism and data parallelism. Model parallelism breaks the puzzle into parts, distributed across multiple machines . This allows efficient training of intricate AI models⏳. Data parallelism, however, replicates the puzzle for each handler. This speeds up the process, enabling quick training and deployment of AI models with huge data 🚀. Choosing between the two depends on your project.
