What would you do if you weren’t fear? This question kept echoing in my mind and I wrote on my paper many of my projects that have not yet been realized due to some excuse called fear. Being aware of this is very important and events like this make us reflect on what we are doing and what we really want to do in life, help us to connect with our essence and change direction when necessary. That was Áine Kerr presentation during TechFoundHer full of insights and a lot of reflection. I loved it! Events like this are very important for us to show our vulnerability and help each other. At these times we realize that together we are stronger. "Playing big is being more loyal to your dreams than your fears" Tara Mohr. 8moAsk for reimbursement or money for some of the volunteer work I do - consulting, events, etc. Note: People keep telling me this 🙃 - I feel guilty to ask for money and afraid that it goes against what I've been doing to give back to the community but it's not sustainable. I'm afraid that people think I'm doing this for profit when what I want is to help people.
