Assumptions about the human mind that important people make: If I tell you something often you’ll remember it. Making information attractive will help you remember it. I don’t need to have a model of who you are in order to communicate with you. When you say something, you do not need worry what the person you are talking to is worried about, wants to achieve, wants to do. Telling initiates attempts at remembering. Everyone you are talking to is on the same page. When talking to someone you can safely ignore their past behavior. To help someone remember say it often. Communication is about transfer of knowledge. Information is a commodity. I was writing about the people who offer ads on TV or in newspapers; Ooops, maybe I was writing about schools; Hard to tell the difference. #education #teaching #advertising
You don't have to worry about their worries because they are not on the same page. You spread your wave function and think all ideas are real to create an environment that closely resembles the same page.
I thought you were talking about systems development and customer satisfaction
Advertising is education (+persuasion+...)
"To help someone remember say it often" - any parent will tell you that's not true.

If it's about schools, the first thing kids need to learn is that all ideas are real. Every idea is worth remembering because you can make connection even from ideas that you find trivial, like even asking why do I find it trivial? And then you can connect with the opposite ideas because they are real too. And you need to learn to cope with seeming contradictions and nauseating multitudes of connections and find that in the end, it's worth it.
