Juan Medel is a great example of how an interest in #STEM can expose you to different sectors and result in a great space career. After studying a master's degree in aerospace engineering, his first job was in satellite operations at Inmarsat. However, his interest in space initially came from a passion for quantum and particle physics which shifted into the bigger and incomprehensible nature of space.
