🧡 We’re feeling mighty thankful after two inspiring Staff Days with our incredible employee team! ⭐ Day 1 kicked off with branding pro and small business champion Amanda Brinkman, who helped us explore our purpose and impact. We took time to celebrate team wins, new hires, promotions, and milestones—then capped it off with an evening of fun and games, good company, and great food! ⭐ Day 2 brought the energy, thanks to our own Kurt Threlkeld, who helped reset our mindset and rethink the power of 5-5-20. We wrapped it all up with a little friendly competition—creating 39 STEM-themed backpacks (featuring Explore The Trades swag!) for local elementary kiddos. 🎯 Julian's motivating close encouraged us to be mindful of what really matters: Be.
