Shift's Career Accelerator is *made* for veterans gearing up for their next gig — and want to maximize their career potential. Most of us will change jobs a lot more over the next 20 years than the previous generation. That's how work works now. The opportunity? If we maximize our outcome at each stop along the way, the slope of our career trajectory gets steeper and steeper. Kinda like compound interest: 20-30% raises are achievable when "our story adds up" (right person, right role). 5 or 10 leaps with those kinds of increases also really adds up. I haven't talked about this much, but I'm part of a small network of believers who want to see veterans PROFIT, MAKE HUGE MOVES, and WIN BIG-TIME for their families and for themselves. Transitions across industry should advance someone’s career, rather than hold them back. That's the world we need to create. I want to find more of my people who feel the exact same way.
