💥NEW💥 LinkedIn sneaked in a very important update this week with the introduction of swipe-up links to Stories. Links can really enhance your Stories because unlike posts there is no organic reach to worry about so taking your followers away from the story is a good thing. In fact you could use it to increase the reach of your post or article by linking to them from a story! Is this game changer for Stories? #linkedintips #socialmedia #linkedin #bestadvice #linkedinstories #gamechangers
☺✅👍🏆👏
This looks like a fun new feature. Can’t wait to try it.
Well said
Thanks for sharing
This should have been there from day 1.
Nice video Mark! What do you think of the policy that it’s only available to profiles with more than 5000 followers or connections?
I think Stories is a good tool to highlight and promote new content with followers so the ability to add a link will be a useful addition Mark.
Here's something interesting, my personal profile doesn't have the swipe-up option, but my Company Page, NutritionJobs, DOES! I didn't think to look at all my channels on LinkedIn. My Group and Spotlight pages also do not have the link ... yet... You inspired me to post a story with a link! Thanks.
Mark same as it is on Instagram, there is limitation who can & who can't add swipe Link. I do not have that functionality yet 🤷♀️

2yIn regards to the swipe to link function and the fact that you need minimum 5,000 followers, this is of course a rip-off from from Instagram, where you need 10,000 followers in order to be able to insert links. Guess it's a way of securing quality to a certain degree as the feature would probably be ruined if every one could use it. On LinkedIn I am sure that sales people would love it to direct people to sales landing pages. So it's probably not a bad thing with the 5,000 follower threshold 😉
