Congratulations to our IUOE Local 68 Chief Engineer Sinclair D. Anthony. Sinclair recently earned his 2nd Class (Red Seal) Refrigeration Engineer's license. Binsky and our clients appreciate the effort. What makes this an even more outstanding achievement is how Sinclair earned this. Sinclair works rotating shifts. plumbing maintenence 101: Every water heater employs one or more of these. The one depicted is out of a domestic water heater utilizing a combination water softener / filter. The anode is three years old, 1/2 life of the water heater. The anode was leaking from its cap. To maintain your Water Heater warranty, replace the anode every 3-4 years. Employ a licensed plumber, they know. #water #waterheater #preventativemaintenance #plumber #plumbingservices

To everyone at Binsky: Thank you for the extraordinary time while working with you over these last 31 years. From our humble early days back in 1991 through all these years I could not have worked with a better team. All of you worked to build an amazing service organization bringing the best our industry has to offer to our clients. I started as a Service Manager, held various positions, became owner and managing partner and ended my time with you as an employee managing Stationary Engineers. All the best to you in future. Thanks for the memories.

Its been a very long sixteen months since we were told the people aren't coming back. Keeping the equipment operating and maintained for critical systems was still a priority. Work areas were quiet. Common areas had no people traffic. Our Stationary Engineers kept all HVAC systems operating. Today we received word. The people are coming back. We are enthusiastic and cannot wait. Lets recheck everything and welcome our work forces back to the office #hvac #stationaryengineering #IUOElocal68 #maintenance #safetyfirst #Binsky
