"Manage the work not the workers" Microsoft plans to report to line managers metrics of workers, which they can't opt-out of. Some of these metrics: how frequently workers send emails or how often they turn their camera on in calls. In my opinion this could be a threat to company cultures and lead to managers even more focus on utilization rate of their employees. https://lnkd.in/gNhYjcv
