Cool. I have been the co- Chair for a Social Innovation project under Cican for Canada under the SGD's. We started in Feb. 2020, with funds from UNESCO. We represent all post secondary institutions in Canada.

I spent time learning about leading teams in uncertainty but after 2 years of a pandemic, I need to learn about leading teams that are exhausted especially when I'm also feeling that way. We need to support our teams not just to survive, but to find the road to rejuvenation again to thrive. What 'thrive' means will look differently for everyone coming out of the pandemic. Today, Dr. Jeff Keshen (President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Regina), Dr. Sami Helewa, SJ (President of Campion College at the University of Regina) and myself (President of University of Regina - Luther College), took part in a signing ceremony to renew the Guidelines for a Working Academic Relationship between the federated colleges and the University of Regina. The purpose of the renewal was to reaffirm our shared partnership. We are excited and grateful to sign this agreement and together, with our colleagues and friends, renew our commitment to work together to provide the best experience and education for our students. #federatedcolleges #lutherproud #lutherpresident #cdnpse

Here's an interesting tidbit - I am going to a Saskatchewan #LEADS (SK League of Educational Administrators, Directors, and Superintendents) meeting next week for a day or two. As I was getting organized, I realized I have not used by travel bag since before the pandemic started. My luggage tag still had an old RDC business card in it. The DSB downtown campus is no more, RDC is now Red Deer Polytechnic, and I've been President at University of Regina - Luther College and Luther College High School for almost 2 years since I last traveled with this bag! #LutherProud #lutherpresident #business #leadership
