Big ideas don’t always start with big plans. Sometimes, they start with three small words: “What if we…?” 🤔 As a Playground Builder at our LEGO® manufacturing site in Virginia, Amy shows how one brave question can spark connection, unlock creativity, and shape the culture we build together. 🤝 Discover how she’s bringing our Leadership Culture to life → https://loom.ly/CmDkAEw 💛 #JustImagine #BehindTheBricks #OneLEGOTeam

Incredible legacy! At our BricksLab Edison studio in Guildford, we see every week how LEGO inspires children to think creatively, collaborate, and build with purpose — just as it has for generations. Thank you for keeping this spirit alive! 🙌✨

This is a beautiful example of moral leadership in action. It's a powerful reminder that the most impactful culture isn't mandated from the top it's built through the courageous, simple questions asked by individuals like Amy. True leadership is about creating the 'playground' where every voice feels safe to ask, 'What if we...?' This is how trust and innovation are built, brick by brick. Thank you for sharing.

I would’ve liked to like the post and article as I’m a fan of #LEGO but sadly they’re vague pieces without giving any specifics or substance. They mention how amazing their ‘Leadership Playground framework’ and their ‘onboarding experience design’ were, but they don’t explain what they are and what makes them successful. Writing a few design principles doesn’t build an insightful article. If I commented as just “🫤” you’d be wondering what about your piece that I didn’t like and you wouldn’t know what was missing based on just an emoji, would you? Well, that’s what you did in a way. Come on, LEGO! You can ‘build’ better content than that.

“Inspiring story — that ‘What if we…?’ mindset is exactly what fuels the creativity and collaboration we admire so much at LEGO. It’s a spirit we love bringing to life in every project. 💛 hashtag#OneLEGOTeam hashtag#JustImagine”

Lego remains a true game changer in supporting children with dyscalculia. Through play, creativity and hands-on learning, abstract mathematical concepts become tangible and fun. As a tutor, I truly enjoy seeing the progress and joy it brings! #Lego #Education #LearningThroughPlay #Dyscalculia #Inclusion #EdTech #MathEducation
