Yep, thinking of doing the same Justin. Like the idea of avoiding the Sprint concept so we just have cycles now. While the Basecamp guys don't do agile, you can by cherry picking what works for you and fitting it in with your process.. I think we're definitely going to use the breadboard & fat marker sketch concepts. Looking forward to giving this a listen as we are pretty much the same structure with the same challenges as you guys.
