Jhao-Ting Chen’s Post

My journey in Microsoft CHIE Reliability team as an R&D Software Intern has come to an end. I’s been a wonderful experience from the first day till the last. In Microsoft, my skills and value were greatly appreciated. With the kind guidance and supports from my mentors, I can participate in projects without concerns and bring good quality and creativity to our team. I had a good time developing and learned way more than I could ever imagine. I thank Chris deeply for all the helps and supports throughout the internship. Thanks Ming Han for being my best partner a good friend. Huge thanks to Abhilash Kashyap for being our mentor, we learned a lot. Also, thanks Rudy Graham, Tao Liu, Nirav Parekh, Subhasish Chakraborty for all guidance and challenging, exciting projects! I’ve also made good friends in Microsoft. We interns shared similar dreams and learned from each other even though we’re in different teams. We played, we laughed, and had a great time together. I hope to work in Microsoft again in the future ><
