So I usually don’t do things like this but I figured I had no other option…
Do not do business with #elevate
They are a shady scammy “business” who preys on desperate people to get them to sign a contract for $12k
They falsely advertised a higher base salary than market average to get me to sign
They failed to deliver on their end after me completing a few weeks of their program
Norman Rodriguez showed me a “offer letter” that had a certain salary amount to entice me to sign
I made my concerns known due to the fact that the contract had a “guarantee” of 20k less than what they advertised
When I brought these concerns up he made to sure to try and assuage my concerns…
He told me no problem. We can get you $60 $65 $70k BASE salary not OTE
Now I am somewhat familiar with contract law and one of the factors that make a contract VOIDABLE is “misrepresented info/facts”
Also another factor is “distress/negative influence while signing”
I made these issues aware to Norman and he said that we could have a clean break
It seems like that was all a LIE so now I have to call the #ftc #bbbaccredited and any other business/agency that deals with scams…
#Elevate is a pyramid scheme and I recommend everyone stay away from them and their associates
One of the trainers was Elliot and he used to be in Vemma of all companies…
Once I found that out red flags went immediately
I am sending a certified letter to All parties involved before contacting the agencies
It seems like I am going to have to pursuer legal action since Norman believes I owe them $12k when I made it clear they failed to deliver on their end and I was under distress when I signed up…
I asked for the contract to be voided but Norman only cares about the $12k
Thank you for reading this post and if you know of anyone that has been burned by elevate please reach out
I have no issue getting a class action law suit going…
