A little bit of advice to all of you. First off, you know, how do you get to be really successful? I don't think it's any different for somebody in business as it is an athlete or a performer. You work harder, you care more. You know the great performers, they're just out there practicing more. The people they get in a little bit earlier, they double, triple check their work. They're not just punching a clock. They genuinely care about what they're doing. It's a very basic thing when I think about the people who are leading all the business units at Blackstone, these are people who genuinely care about what they do. The other thing I'd say is to be willing to take a little bit of personal risk and, you know, speak up. And in a summer analyst's job, that may be hard because now you're just trying to figure out where the washroom is and so forth. But as you progress in your careers, being able to say, hey, look, I can do this better, faster, you could be in finance, legal, you could be in fundraising, you could be in communications. It doesn't matter. The worst thing is when somebody says, you ask, why did they do that? And they say, well, that's the way we've always done it. That's not an answer that works for us. There's always a way to do it better, to serve the customer in a more efficient way... to get to a better outcome. There's a new market. You want to think of yourself, whatever role you're in, as an entrepreneur. And the last thing I would say is we're all ambitious. We want to succeed. But sometimes people forget, treating other people nicely can be a bit of a secret weapon. It doesn't just mean you're nice to the bosses, but you're nice to your colleagues. Everybody's just trying to do their job, and it's a lot more fun to be in a place where everyone is treated in a nice way.
