Oh so much hope for the #FutureOfWork and strong #CustomerExperience with leaders like Meg Bear not just making and following through on positive change, but also sharing insights and spreading the word, providing a replicable and repeatable model and processes. (P.S. Jeff Frick, did you finish designing Meg's cape? No self-respecting super hero leaves home without one.)

I think her message of really listening to employees- not getting to wrapped about what you think flexibility means - and then figuring out ways to provide the flexibility is spot on! And if you get intrinsically motivated employees out of it, well dang, that’s pretty awesome. Thanks Jeff and Meg.
