Great points and discussion Jeff. So right Bill I think that naturally as AI is doing the sweat work, we will need to creatively sweat more. We will also need to understand our skills and where we can work smarter together for mutual gain. It will be a paradigm shift that is already starting to happen. Great discussion Jeff and Bill
