Helicopter parenting, constant supervision ... speed & volume of cars ... pushing children off the street ... into the backseat ... creating an isolated, bubble wrap generation. ... Dutch children ... at 8 or 9 are navigating their city independently ... this has tremendous knock on effects in terms of their mental health, their physical health and development - Chris Bruntlett At a certain point, we (can't) operate a motor vehicle. What I wouldn’t give to put this in the 🇺🇸 water supply. Every city, town, and all space in between has been built for motor vehicles. We cannot fathom moving ourselves or stuff in any other way. I believe Chris & Melissa Bruntlett’s insights, if administered faithfully, could cure car blindness.
