🚀 Exciting news for Agile enthusiasts! Introducing Scrum Sage by Jeff Sutherland 🌟- a game-changer in the world of Agile. Launched to chatGPT subscribers today under "Explore GPTs" new feature. Standish Group data reveals a startling 58% of Agile teams struggle with delays, budget issues, and dissatisfied customers. Moreover, recent surveys indicate 88% of these teams use Scrum. 📊 Why? Because of widespread misconceptions about Agile, leading to poor implementation. But don't worry! I'm here to help turn the tide 🌊, offering genuine, expert advice straight from successful teams. Let's transform Agile practices together! #AgileRevolution #ScrumSage #AuthenticAdvice #TransformingTeams #Scrum #Agile
Exciting, Jeff Sutherland! How did you train the GPT, what material did you use?
Be carefull. There are several GPT Apps with similar name, but just one from Jeff Sutherland 😎
I tried the prompt-Scrum Safe by Jeff Sutherland. This is what i got as a response…Am i using a old version of ChatGPT 🤔
Because 9 teams out of 10 don't practice scrum excellence. Their DoR's suck, stakeholders are either throwing a big ball of mud over to them, or bogging them down with solutioning them to death about where a button control should be on a screen, their backlogs dont encourage certainty and stability, their SMs act like proxy or assistant managers, they don't understand the real value of estimating, their retros are touchy-feely instead of examining their telemetry, their risk management systems are impotent, and most of all, big orgs think the backlog is a function of PI planning instead the reverse as it should be, thus leading to scrum teams which are just management tools. </ClarkGriswoldWhenHeGotHisJellyOfTheMonthClubSubscription>
I do agree that widespread misconceptions of agile and scrum lead to poor implementations, but I am skeptical of the part that a "GPT" based advisor is going to solve that problem. In my opinion, the core issue lies in misdefining the problem and crafting an exceptional solution for it. Despite a plethora of agile experts armed with theoretical knowledge from certification classes, many struggle to persuade those leading and steering these flawed implementations. Are we truly suggesting that these individuals will suddenly change their perspectives just because "GPT" says so? I wish it were that simple; otherwise, we'd be in the midst of an "agile revolution." This appears to be another attempt at a superficial fix, reminiscent of how certifications were once marketed as a silver bullet, achieving little and, in fact, proving counterproductive. Similarly, these pre-packaged robotic responses may exacerbate the challenges within the agile sphere rather than alleviate them. #Scrum #Agile
How about ChatGPT CSM?Total elimination of SM’s and Team interact with a robot without emotional intelligence. Delivering value fastest
Can you provide an introduction video? Thanks

10moIs it because of lack of advice the scrum teams are struggling or the willingness and courage to stick to scrum principles?
