BTP's Year of Marvels - Innovations, Collaborations, and OneTeam Spirit!   Reflecting on an extraordinary journey through the year 2023, I can't help but marvel at the exceptional milestones that have defined our path at #BTP. It's been a year filled with unprecedented achievements, powered by the magic of collaboration and innovation together with our over 1000 customers in MEE!   Our partnerships have been one of our cornerstones of our achievements. The collaborations with our key implementation partners such as adesso SE, INFOMOTION GmbH, msg Camelot ITLab, sovanta and solution partners such as OpenText, Tricentis, UiPath, Google, Databricks, and numerous others have been instrumental in our endeavors. These alliances have not only expanded our horizons but also brought unique insights and expertise, propelling us toward our achievements.   Throughout the year, we've been part of remarkable events that have left a lasting impact: From the grandeur of Sapphire, SAP Select, BTP Innovation Days to the insightful gatherings like Customer Success Days… The Sustainability Steering & Reporting Event, hosted alongside our partner PwC, was an exemplary testament to our commitment to responsible practices. Furthermore, our participation in events like DSAG Technology Days, SAP Discovery Day for Business Intelligence, and many more showcased our dedication to cutting-edge technologies and customer-centric solutions.   Not to forget the technological innovations we've introduced! The launch of SAP BUILD CODE and Gen AI foundations at TechEd was a game-changer for SAP developers, marking a significant milestone in our journey of innovation. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧? ...   When I walked into my office last week, I found this mug on my desk... for whatever reason 😉 I loved the 90th design and started reflecting about my career and the SAP journey during this time... These two pictures somehow connect it...   The one is from a university campus in the US... and I could imagine that this mug was on the table of many customers during that time. And it survived for maybe 30 years in the SAP office - if it's not a remake!! 😉   For me... I am proud to work for a company with such a strong heritage - R/3 was a pioneering piece of software from SAP in the 90s. It revolutionized the world and set new standards for Enterprise Resource Planning. - and still is as the heritage of Cloud ERP!   Sometimes it's funny how simple things like old cups can make you think😉 In moments like these I feel strong personal momentum driving SAP to the next level… and produce a BTP mug still standing on the table of the next generation….   ❓❓❓ What are your career memories from the 90s? ⬇⬇ Share in the comments, if you like! #CareerReflections #SAPJourney #ERP #SAPBTP

YOU'VE DONE IT!   Congratulations to the entire #BTP team in the Middle & Eastern Europe region (MEE) for an outstanding achievement in the past third quarter… you brought outstanding value to our customers!   It's a great pleasure to celebrate this milestone with all of you. We worked together as #OneTeam and are proud to have been recognized as the Region of the Quarter (#RegionOfQ3) for MEE alongside with EMEA South under the leadership of Guglielmo Persani.   Hold onto your curiosity... ...just concluded an enlightening session at Munich Urban CoLab for SAP BTP Customer Success Days -super glad to have been part of SAP BTP Customer Success Days and having joined live on stage Mojgan Kowsari from Lufthansa Technik, Laura Hochwind from Siemens and our SAP talents Duygu Serbes and Andreas Fütterer.  Successful adoption and consumption is key for our customer success and we had fruitful discussions during our panel. I shared examples 📈 from our successful BTP-customers and outlined the latest and greatest from TechEd Bangalore last week 🎓 We also touch-based on the importance of rising talents and employer attractiveness. Highlights from the Data & AI World Tour: Databricks and SAP team up for customer success!   Torsten Ammon, Niclas Schlautkoetter, and myself had the honor to present at the keynote at the Data & AI World Tour powered by Databricks: "Databricks & SAP – Better Together". It was fantastic to witness the enthusiasm for our Databricks & SAP Datasphere partnership – its considered to be a real gamechanger by the audience.   In fact, the demand from our customers for seamless and out-of-the-box integration of SAP and non-SAP data for analytics, planning, and artificial intelligence is truly impressive.
