#Women are often the first to respond to help and the last to leave the field. Today, women are needed more in the humanitarian field than ever before - to strengthen the humanitarian response and women are among the most vulnerable segments of society affected by conflict.
IYCY has worked in increasing the number of women volunteers, as it is believing in the central role played by women.

I have never felt proud of my own work and what I do more than I do for the service of society as a whole.
I am well aware that by humanitarian work, I have increased my self-confidence and those around me from society.
What I can say: that humanitarian action is the work that proves humanity. Without humanitarian work, People will be nothing.
