A note of thanks, and farewell to Argentex Group PLC In 2012, two friends and I embarked on a bold venture, founding Argentex with just three phones in a basement and a modest loan from Pacific Investments. Our vision was simple: bring professionalism to the B2B FX brokerage landscape. Through sheer determination, we quickly became one of the market leaders. Until the IPO in 2019, success was never just about the numbers. It was about the exceptional team we built. Their passion and professionalism were the heartbeat of the business, creating a culture and service we believed was truly unmatched. I had the honour of standing alongside these colleagues as we opened two stock exchanges which were symbolic milestones in our journey. But even more meaningful was the impact we had on our people’s lives - creating opportunities, nurturing careers, and earning trust through integrity. To the many shareholders who believed in our vision - your support meant everything. I’m proud of what we built. I am also very angry as to how this has ended. The past 18 months since my departure have brought profound personal challenges. They’ve taught me a lot about who to trust, and, above all, what really matters. Now, as Argentex enters a new chapter under IFX Payments, it’s an emotional moment. I won’t pretend otherwise. It has been devastating to watch something so extraordinary that I cared so much about, drift so far in such a short space of time with no credible explanation, leaving shareholders with close to nothing. I expect those responsible for this to be held accountable. Back to priorities, fittingly, I’m writing this from the delivery room at C&W Hospital, just hours after welcoming our third child into the world. It’s a reminder that priorities evolve. And sometimes, all the noise… just doesn’t matter. Argentex will always be a part of me. What we achieved, what we stood for - those things will last with me forever. To Team Argy—thank you.
