As Q1 comes to a close,  🏆 3 Worlds Records Set 🖼 380 Assets now trading live 🤝 Over 1,300,000 Total Share Orders 👫 …as we’re quickly approaching 500k users. Not to mention, 2M 👀  on our first ever newsletter SHINY THING$. Some details on the quarter that was… NFTS • NFT’s have been a big part of the platform since “The People’s Punk” premiered in September 2021 (CryptoPunk # 9670, currently trading up 296% since IPO). But this quarter was a particularly *huge* quarter for the adoption of Web3 on Rally. 9⃣ total NFT’s went live in Q1, onboarding thousands of new investors into NFTs for the first time. Over 15,000 unique Rally investors now have 𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 1 NFT in their portfolio.  • World of Women NFT’s announced their Series 2 drop, the World of Women Galaxy. WoW wallet holders were able to mint a Galaxy character from a reserved 10,000. Rally WoW # 2221 holders were given a survey choice to either keep the Galaxy character and incorporate it with the original WoW # 2221 or sell it for a cash distribution. Survey results revealed on Twitter tomorrow 4/2 📨 The Bored Ape Yacht Club Dividend • This past month, the biggest players in Web3 had a lot going on… The most important moment came from the Bored Ape Yacht Club with the release of “ApeCoin,” the token companion to reward Bored Ape, Mutant Ape, and Kennel Club holders. With tens of thousands of individual NFT investors on Rally, owners in 7⃣ of Rally’s 30+ NFT’s were eligible for the ApeCoin airdrop with ~12K users received the first ever fractionalized dividend ranging from $0.79 to thousands of dollars.  Buyouts • While trading was more active than ever, investors were called to vote on 10 potential buyout opportunities this quarter: 7 ✅  -  2 ❌ -  1❓ 7 were approved totaling payouts of ~$𝟮.𝟰𝗠, 2 were rejected, and 1 is still in limbo… As part of February's buyout results, the Rally community approved the 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿 soccer card sale, EVER: The 1958 Alifabolaget # 635 Pele Rookie Card sold for $1.3M, a ~322% gain from its IPO last year.  Other news  • A slate of unique IPOs have been added to the schedule to go along with some exciting partnerships to be announced soon 👀. Gary Vee dropped one of the most successful NFT projects of all time, VeeFriends, last year and we were able to get our one of the original drawings that inspired the project. Nicknamed the “Sharing Squirrel”, this drawing is a 1-of-1 original, graded and slabbed by PSA and will premiere April 15th for $275,000. In other Q1 acquisition news, one of the top examples of the 1940 Batman #1 comic, graded CGC 8.0 will premiere in Q2. · · ·  We are proud of Q1, but know Q2 will have even more to offer.
