Copilot has grown a lot from that little gray box in your editor. Here's a few ways we're using it… ➡️ With Agent Mode, you tell Copilot what to do and it will run commands, edit multiple files, and refactor entire modules for you. ➡️ Copilot CLI puts those same brains in your CLI. ➡️ Choose models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or xAI that ship as soon as they drop. ➡️ Work the way you want with customization features like slash commands and custom modes. ➡️ Detect and patch vulnerabilities automatically with the help of Copilot Autofix (1M+ vulnerabilities patched this year alone) ➡️ Summarize diffs, flag logic bugs, and make your PRs prod ready with Copilot code review. ➡️ Want to commit code instead of chasing TODOs? It’s amazing to see how Copilot has evolved from a simple coding assistant to a true development partner. The integration across IDE, CLI, and code review is a big leap especially with Agent Mode and Autofix, which bring real autonomy to engineering workflows. Tools like this are reshaping how teams approach automation, DevOps, and even cloud infrastructure as code. Exciting times ahead for builders⚡
Absolutely, Copilot has come a long way! Agent Mode in VS Code, Copilot Coding Agent, and now Copilot CLI. (Hopefully, the MCP issue in Copilot CLI #191 gets some love soon 😉)
Copilot has evolved far beyond its early editor days with Agent Mode, CLI integration, auto-vulnerability patching, and flexible model options, it’s now a robust AI helper that streamlines developers’ workflows.
Copilot isn’t just smarter, it’s become a full project partner.

3dДно ваш копайлот к тому же стоит дохрена! Пока единственная внятная рабочая ИИ приблуда уровня агента это RooCode ! А вообще свое надо писать на каком-нибудь qwen-coder локальной с 256к контекста !
