1wAm khadijah adunife, an HOLISTIC health healer , I help people heal their symptoms and also a founder of an NGO the healthvocate. We are currently working on a project. Reclaiming Feminine Health . This project is here because Many women don't even know what estrogen is , Too many don’t understand what PCOS is. Too many live with hormonal imbalance, infertility scares, irregular periods, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, or period pains that are dismissed as “normal.” Too many are carrying pain in silence This isn’t just about health talks. It’s about changing the narrative. It’s about reminding every young woman that her health is not an afterthought, that her body deserves to be understood, and that she has the right to real answers, not dismissals. Our mission is to start with female university students across campuses in Nigeria. We chose to start with university students because they are the foundation of womanhood and motherhood of tomorrow. If they are empowered with the right knowledge, truth, and tools today, they can build healthier families, communities, and futures tomorrow. This mission needs partnership .
